Blister is a plastic sheet that is heated and placed on a mold by vacuum forming. Blow molding is an extruder that extrudes a plastic melt into a hollow and then places it on a mold, and expands the hollow melt with compressed air.
The development of the plastic forming process, the molding process has three elements: large plastic raw materials, forming equipment and setting conditions and forming molds. The main problem of forming large-sized plastic materials into products is the formability of large-sized plastic materials, that is, the difficulty of forming. Blister packaging materials are the main raw materials for packaging production.
